Life isn’t always straightforward, and whether you’re feeling stuck, stressed, lost, or sense that something in your life feels out of balance, therapy can offer you a space to explore, heal and grow.

London-based psychotherapist and coach in English, Ukrainian and Russian

I’m glad you’re here.

I provide a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy, supporting individuals and couples through life’s complexities.

In my work, I address all aspects of ourselves – our mind, body and spirituality – creating a space where your story, background, beliefs, identity and experiences are welcomed, valued and respected.

My practice is grounded in curiosity and with a strong respect for differences.

Together, we’ll explore not just what’s on the surface, but also how thoughts, feelings, and culture can shape the ways you relate to yourself, others and the world around you - often without you even realising it.

There are different ways we can work together, depending on where you are right now. I invite you to take your time and explore this space. When you feel ready, do reach out.

Psychotherapy

Coaching

For others, what’s needed is support to move forward, clarity on what’s keeping you stuck, and practical strategies for change. This is where coaching can help, offering a more future-focused space to explore your goals, uncover fears, and create a path ahead

I work with people from all backgrounds and cultures, and I believe in holding space for everything that makes you, you. Here, we aren’t aiming for perfection, we’re working towards connection, acceptance of your true self, and growth.

There’s a Japanese art form called kintsugi, which means “to join with gold”. When a piece of pottery breaks, instead of discarding it, the cracks are carefully repaired with lacquer mixed with powdered gold. The fractures become part of the story.

This idea speaks deeply to the heart of how I see the therapeutic process.

We’re not trying to erase what’s happened to you, or change who you fundamentally are. We’re not aiming for perfection. Instead, we’re gently uncovering the parts of you that have felt hidden, rejected, or hurt, and learning how to heal them for the next chapter of your life.
